TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY
Hire Charges
Charges are calculated from access to and departure from the premises and grounds.
Function Hall £12 per hour
Function Hall with Buffet room. £16 per hour
Function Hall & Kitchen £17 per hour
Function Hall, Buffet rm & Kitchen. £20 per hour
Late Bar. A charge of £10 per hour applied after 11.00pm.
(minimum hire of 4 hours for events)
Please return booking form within 14 days. On receipt of booking form we will issue a confirmation form confirming the cost, at which stage a 50% deposit will be required.
PLEASE NOTE: Final payment will be required one month before the event.
In the event of a cancellation within 28 days of the function, a 50%. Cancellation fee will be applied. (Certain events will have restrictions & extra costs & will require an additional £150 refundable damage deposit).
The hireris totally responsible for any breakages or damage caused by their guests on or to the premises or grounds. Any future loss of trade due to damage etc must be fully compensated by hirer. The Hirer must be present throughout event.
Children must be adequately supervised at all times.
Bowls greens are strictly private.
The hirer is also responsible for leaving the premises and grounds tidy, the kitchen where booked must be left clean tidy and ready for next hirer, outside caterers must supply their own utensils, crockery, tableware, banqueting roll etc and clear away their catering by the end of the event, please ensure your caterers are aware of these conditions .
White cotton damask table linen for main function hall can be provided on request for adult events, a small laundry fee applies. (£20)
No children allowed in kitchen
Please note coloured paper confetti canons cannot be used in the venue due to the nature of the flooring.
Balloons and banners may be put up using blue/white tac only.
No smoke or bubble machines please.
Only drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises and grounds,
The hirer is responsible for ensuring their guests and caterers are aware of this condition of license.
*No drink of any description may be taken onto the premises or grounds
hot beverages available from bar, a wide selection of Champagne/Wine by the bottle available on request.
The bar is strictly cash only (no cards or cheques)
The Venue and its licensees reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone previously barred, intoxicated or in anyway abusing normal licensing conditions.Young adults will be be asked for proof of age. (legal photo identification) The Venue is an active member of pubwatch and CCTV controlled.
*Late comers already under the influence of alcohol are not welcome on these premises.
*The licensee has the right to terminate any event abusing the terms and conditions.

The Venue accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to guests’ property and vehicles whilst on the premises. .
Vehicles may be left on the premises overnight, however they must be collected the following day by a time agreed with licensee as the premises and car park will be locked.
There is no extra charge for buffet room / kitchen or Table Linen if the venue is providing your adult catering.
